Episode 117: Planting a Garden with Malisa Suchanya
From Singapore to New York to California, we have the lovely Malisa Suchanya on Off the Easel this week! Malisa, the artist, illustrator, and art educator comes to us from Helvella Arts in Oakland, California.
Malisa has an extensive education from Rhode Island School of Art and Design, and the Academy of Arts in San Francisco. She pursued teaching Art to High School Students in the beginning of her art career and pivoted into selling and showing her fine art today.
She can be found at different Art Markets, Festivals, and Gallery Shows sprinkled through Northern California. Her art is rich in symbolism, color, and cuteness.
